Lympha Press systems use intermittent pneumatic compression, also known as IPC, to apply controlled, sequential pressure through specially designed garments.

This therapy is used as part of professional care for patients with conditions that may involve fluid accumulation, impaired lymphatic drainage, venous insufficiency, leg swelling, arm swelling, chronic edema, and post-treatment swelling management.

For many patients, swelling is not only a visible symptom. It can affect mobility, skin condition, comfort, independence, and quality of life. Lympha Press was developed to help support long-term compression therapy in a way that is clinically meaningful and practical for daily use.

Lympha Press is manufactured by Mego Afek, a medical device company with more than 60 years of experience in compression technology.

The company combines in-house medical device engineering, garment development, production, testing, and quality control. This integrated approach allows close attention to both the compression system and the garment — because in pneumatic compression therapy, the device and the garment must work together.

Mego Afek operates with approximately 130 employees and around 3,000 m² of in-house manufacturing space, including dedicated device and garment production divisions.

Lymphedema and edema are not the same for every patient.
Swelling may affect one limb, both legs, the arm, the trunk, or larger body areas. Some patients need compact home-use systems. Others require advanced multi-chamber garments, extended coverage, or solutions adapted to limited mobility.

That is why Lympha Press offers a wide range of pneumatic compression devices and garments, including systems with up to 12, 24, and 40 compression chambers, depending on the clinical application and garment type.

The goal is to help healthcare professionals match the therapy setup to the patient’s condition, body area, mobility level, and daily treatment routine.
